Russell is a gifted public speaker who has been on stage, TV, radio or in newspapers for over 20 years. He has been interviewed or appeared on the likes of Channel 9, SBS TV, The Herald Sun, The Age, Associated Press, RRR Radio, PBS Radio. And he has spoken at many conferences or expos right across Australia.
He is a an expert in solar and renewable energy, sustainability and energy efficiency, and is a passionate and motivational speaker. Personally he is a health and wellness advocate and teaches on retreat topics such as meditation, mindfulness, breath-work, ice bathing, nutrition and fitness. He has sailed and climbed mountains around the world, and is a former social level athlete with on and off-road cycling, multi-sport racing and stand up paddle boarding.
