Bruce is a humble and remarkable individual to say the least. He is formerly a Director of the Small Business Institute, a senior Executive banker at National Australia Bank (NAB) for 38 years, a business mentor through the Small Business Mentoring Service (SBMS), and was a state government advisor to help businesses over come the bush fire tragedies between 2009 and 2012. His work in coaching over 1200 businesses to help them overcome adversity, especially when they have hit rock bottom, and then grow and scale to their success is a testament to Bruce’s down to earth, simplistic yet highly strategic approach based on over 45 years of business experience at the highest levels.

He has the ability to cut through and see the core issues, and then offer guidance to take the very next step under when under incredible pressure. Bruce’s great love and passion for his work is palpable. As a leader of a business, his time is stretched in many different directions, including at home with family life, yet his is clear on his outcomes and how to prioritise.

He served as the Secretary & Convenor for the Melbourne Chapter of the Smart Energy Council of Australia (formerly Australian Solar Council) for 5 years and is the Founder of Solar Social, a new and innovative meet-up bringing together like minded businesses and professionals to discuss innovation and the latest technology developments.
